Creating an impactful and creative change within a company or organization is both essential and challenging. The existing cultural norms either nurture growth and evolution or are chronically destructive to it’s employee’s well being. Understanding and evaluating an organizations’s cultural norms is the first step to creating positive change.

Questions such as: How are existing values integrated and put into action? How are difficult conversations being held? How is the work/life balance and flexibility being integrated? are essential to understanding an organization’s strengths and weaknesses.

So often, companies are lacking important values such as: soft skills, a positive mind-set, resilience and the ability to adapt to change. Adaptive and conscious leadership is a crucial ingredient for effectively supporting positive outcomes. This is particularly true when an organization is dealing with a wide range of frequently occurring challenges. The essential basis of Conscious Leadership is helping an organization to find clarity in the midst of the chaos. Chaos typically arises in the face of chronic and challenging problems that persist in unhealthy workplaces. With the clarity of Conscious Leadership, spirit becomes matter. Whether the situation involves special circumstances, a need for change or a crisis, the activation of an organization’s natural intelligence is a valuable asset and an essential basis for positive transformation. My coaching and seminars primarily involve helping an organization understand the importance of self-responsibility and empowerment. This combined with the development of meta-competence (higher perspective) and a transformative retroactive healing view, bring forth the development of a more conscious and creative future. Transpersonal management is the starting point for creating a consciously clear, humanistic understanding of leadership which is in harmony with the mission of your organization.
